Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize deep learning models for genomic data analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy scalable AI solutions.
- Fine-tune architectures for tasks like sequence analysis, structure prediction, and anomaly detection.
- Work with large-scale biological datasets using advanced preprocessing and augmentation techniques.
- Document and present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in deep learning, with a strong focus on computer vision, NLP, or sequence modeling.
- Proficiency in frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Solid understanding of neural network architectures, including transformers and CNNs.
- Experience working with biological or genomic datasets is a strong plus.
